c4 distripution

im just wondering y the c4 goes to the noobiest player on ur team like 75% of them time? y cant we make it so it goes 2 the top 3 players every round. cause im getting sick of being dragged down because some noob goes and loses the bomb in the middle of all the GR players, or hes to stupid 2 plant and he camps in the corner of the map.
