So how long should it take...... ?
Just curious as to how long we should expect it to take for a report to be reviewed.
I understand that the reports are reviewed as they come in and that no one is special.
I also understand that there are a LOT of false claims that have to be sifted through and that whoever reviews the videos can get overwhelmed.
One reason I ask is that I sent in several reports in early June that met 100% of the requirements (back then) and still have not received any response.
Also, since then I have sent in a few reports and DID receive a response so that makes me wonder what happened with the reports from early June
Since the "new" report system has been in place, I have sent in a couple of reports with as much detail as I could give and have not received any response.
So I'm wondering how much time should we allow before:
A) We RE-send the reports
We start making pointless threads on the forum about reports
C) We totally give up on sending in ANY reports since the report system never seems to work
D) We apply for the position to review the videos and get these damn cheaters out of the game
I'd like a serious answer from someone that actually knows what is going on with the review process.

my two cents... they seriously need to revamp the replay system. it is quality a-grade hack-proof
i've saved a few vids of me being awesome and I can see myself potentially hacking just judging from the replay... it needs to have a total overhaul.
the aiming of the 1st person's sights do not match with the corresponding bullet shots that occur

GIVE US FORWARDS AND REWIND.... hate to view an entire S&D match just to find the hacker in the 10th round

Trust me I know what you mean bro. I gave up on it a long time ago. Fortunately this new anti hack update they got could be a solution, once they get all the bugs figured out. But yeah as far as reporting goes I've never seen justice done here not one single time. And I made reports months ago.

It has been 6 days and still no reply from the people that deal with this!
Oh well, we know the reason already, cos they dont care about it. They dont care about these posts and they dont care about hackers. All they care about is that enough people keep buying ZP. -
I'll bump it for ya since it's been 147 hours
It's pitiful that no one will respond and at least say something like:
"I'm not sure but I can find out for you"
Just shows ya what kind of site this really is, all about the ZP money and as long as they are making money of selling ZP they could care less about anything else. -

We are aware of the current hacking situation in Cross Fire.
Despite what it seems, we do ban many hackers each day and will continue to do the best we can to remove these users from our game. For privacy purposes, we are unable to notify you with our findings.
We hope this gives a little more understanding to the situation and we ask for your patience and understanding while we work to get rid of the cheaters and hackers. -
Erm, excuse me, but you still haven't answered the original question.
We are asking how long does it take for a hacking report to be completed? It is a day, 2 days, a week, month or year?
How long should we allow before assuming you didnt get the hack report and send it again?
Saying hackers get banned everyday does not answer this question.
Can we get proper answers please, even if the answers are several months due to the incredible amount of hacking reports you get. This would actually make sense due to hackers still players weeks after the have been reported.
And what do you mean 'For privacy purposes, we are unable to notify you with our findings'?
Why cant we be notified if a hacker has been confirmed?
Cant you at least notify the person who sent in the report if the hacker had been banned?
Why is it protected under 'privacy purposes'?
The hacker was not concerned about privacy when commiting the hack as they did it for everyone to see within the game! -

I never doubted that people got banned, I know some that have been banned but I have also seen several "guilty and reported" hackers that are still playing under the same name.For privacy purposes, we are unable to notify you with our findings.
What happened to the message that was sent when the report was finally reviewed? You know the one that was worded something along the lines of
"Thank you for your report....."
That is the reply that I was speaking of. Out of the MANY reports that I have sent in, I have only received TWO of these replies.We hope this gives a little more understanding to the situation and we ask for your patience and understanding while we work to get rid of the cheaters and hackers.
It actually doesn't but Thank You for the time you took to reply.
I'm still waiting for a reply from someone who is knowledgeable about the reporting review process. -
well, part of me is so tempted to start bumping this thread every time that I get a chance until I get a proper reply.
The other part of me says "fuggit, no body cares so forget about it and just play the game and don't bother wasting time by sending reports in."
I'm still debating which one it will be........... -
