Incorporate a Tutorial ingame for ghost mode because many noobs come crying when they get seen when they move 1 step most people won't shoot at them but some people got great eyesight will kill them.

Or tips during loading screens! Stuff like: press click 1 to plant the bomb and press and hold e to defuse it.

I think this is a good idea. The thing is people would just skip it or in the case of BR's not understand it.
