What do moderators do???
Maybe the comunity has been very rude with you guys, some including me dont really know whats your role.
If you guys can explain us maybe all the rage threads and QQ threads will calm down.
Hope you can take your time to answer this simple question, cause all I see u guys do is close post, and comment unrespectful things sometimes.
I understand maybe its not in your hands to solve the hacking problem, but people will keep posting about hacks since you guys never give us a logical answer. Some of us feel insulted when you guys just keep answering "We are working on it" or " we are getting rid of hacks"....
Sometimes posters get rude I know, but you were giving a responsability and you should be a role model, if you get insulted you cant answer in the same way, and plz dont fool around with us and disrespect us saying your solving the hack issues when we all see more and more hacks every day.

We deal with the forums and help out the community and GMs when they need it. We have no input on the game outside of suggestions.
If you have a complaint against any mods conduct feel free to PM it to [GM]Saidin.
The thing is, all can can say is that it's being worked on because that's all we know.

We are also supposed to look for suspicious activity ingame (which is kinda a given as thats what you lot do too :P) and answer questions etc etc... but no ingame power.. just more of a staff presence there -
so say for example i was arguing with someone on the forums, and then i got banned from the forums, and they didnt, even when they started it, if i complained could i get unbanned?
(and possibly ban the mod? o.O)

Sigh, time to give my two cents I suppose. I honestly don't see the Moderators doing ANYTHING wrong. Call me a brown-noser or whatever terms you use for that. They do their job according to the rules set forth by the parenting companies. That is what governs their actions. It's your fault you did not correctly read the rules and Terms of Use on these forums. When you signed up for an account on these forums, YOU agreed to THEIR rules, not the other way around.

Well I hope this thread clams people down including my self.... lets stop blaming the mods for things they dont control.....
Maybe u guys should make a sticky post or something so people always have in mind what mods do???

Most of what I am about to say has already been said, but I suppose
that's okay.
Moderators generally keep the Forums clean as best as possible. For
an example, they move threads to their belonging sections, they
infract users who break rules, and try to calm down situations that
are out of hand. Moderators have no control (whatsoever) over
the game, that is the [GM]'s job.
So now that you know that Moderators are mature roll models,
see if you can act like one! Help users, and calm down situations with
answers.
