They are only replying automatickly, and they don't do anything...!
I reported a lot of hackers but nothing happened!!!!
I found this way to show hackers clearly.

lol fps's suck do to the lack of support for hacks

i just read your policy on reporting a hacker which among many things is messed up you want people to save a video file upload it to a site and then make a ticket linking that site 3 out of 10 people are hacking in your game and this is your tactic how about get a gm to watch a match or 2 each day and ban them instead of this insane route to watch several videos just today ivve played in 12 rooms each one having at least 2 speedhackers and who knows how many others using other illegal programs open your eyes fpsing has gone to **** ever since IPs stopped getting banned use your brains watch rounds here and there to view your games progress on the hacking. would bring in way more revenue for you if you would clean your game up i for one will never pay to play a game where hacking is an every round thing.

If you refuse to use the Report System, which is looked over many times a day,
then you may suffer some consequences. Z8Games does not want you to
upload the video to a site, then want you to save the replay footage from the
match, then send the .cfr (crossfire replay file) with the Support Ticket.

It's not an auto-message. It's just a message that seems to fit well into a reply.
If your Support Ticket was replied to, that means they've viewed the Ticket.

Further arguments would be pointless. Lets just say it's a bad idea to create
threads containing videos of hackers.

Z8 Does it's best with solving issues as in hacker's. If you honestly think the player is not playing fairly than the Clan Section of the Forum is not the place for that video.

Send a support ticket. It will work.
