How much time does it take for acc. hacked tocket?

As my old account with lots of money spent was hacked I posted a support ticked with proves ,screenshots , Password etc
3+ days since the ticket submission, not a single reply.
Normally they used to reply within 24 hrs
Anyone got his/her hacked account back in past?

It's not like your ticket was the only ticket submitted with problems. You have to realize that hundreds and hundreds of other players have also submitted tickets in the same time that you have. They can't just go to yours in front of everyone else. You will have to be patient.

"3+" days usually means two and a half.

Support staff do not work friday to sunday. Your ticket has had a maximum of 2 days to get a reply.

Perhaps wait to tuesday at least.

As dot stated, they don't work weekends. Just make another account or go do something productive in the meantime.

Hehe. Yeah I totally overlooked in my last post at the fact that it was the weekend and Z8 Support Staff doesn't even work weekends.
