lol... ok... aslong as u can trace a pic good this is easy too do... but need items....

ok first... go to any good stationary store and get pressure colour transfers...
the idea is draw onto reverse side..( the side u use) really lightly the cf sign u want...

then press and stick to mouse ( dosent really stick just kinda tacky/sticky)
press real hard on the transfer sheet where u done the design....( best with a ballpoint pen)

it will stick to it fine... but rubbing will remove it....
the way to make it permanent...
is get a lamination sheet ( the kinda stuff for protections for paper cards ( uk driving liscence has it)
dont cover the mouse...
put a corner of 1 side of the sheet on design u put on... press down as hard as u can ( if yr hands as strong as mine--- without breaking the mouse) for about 2 mins...
after that...u got a few ways to finish... wot i do is make sure the lamiante sheet stuck a peice... then grab the sides and pull round for smoothness and hold underneath...
then get the hairdryer on full heat low fan... and put it on it moving around for about 3-5 mins
once u can see your design with no glue showing and a clear view of yr design u can turn it off...

some poeple say leave it to cool naturally but sometimes i find u get imperfections as the glue dries...

i do it quick...
run a towel thru cold tap ring it out after as much as u can rap it round the mouse... for about 1 min will do...

and u will have a perfect permanant design on your mouse
