Ingame problem

So,since I had a new laptop CF runs slower,and ingame it sometimes freezes.
With this new laptop my ping also spikes like hell,keeps going down and up.
And when it freezes it's for a second or 2.
My specs:
GFX 256MB
2gb ram
AMD V120 Processor
64 Bit

EXCACTLY....its z8games i think i got same problem and my pc is like an alienware
i want a solution too

I got a solution, dont use laptops... My dad's laptop does that, but I'm smart enough not to use it -.-

I only have a laptop so yeah...
