It's not rare, I got it many times. You can get 50k GP from GP Crates also, I think it's like the 1 mill prize for GP Crates.

Wrong. 10k GP is the highest for GP crates. You get 50k and 1mil GP from zp crates.

OT: That sucks bro. I got mine(and all other gp crate guns on first or third crate. o: Dunno why you have bad luck.

I just spun 200k worth of beretta crates and got nothing.. didn't even see it. T.T
