confused about the badge system

So after I get 1 badge and then I get another the first one goes away or what? And does anyone know what the rewards are for getting the badges are besides 2k gp?

What do you mean? You keep those badges but the kill marks keep changing into 3 different ones. Then I think you win bigger amounts of GP.

i got the third one for soldier and it didn't gave me any gp just a blue muzzle thing i was like meh..
