Does Z8 ip ban ingame?

I was called here to settle all the childish arguing going on. I am as said before on an IP changer once again to post this.

Also, to clear all the chattering up, I did say that I was IP banned from the game, in which was not true and it was too late for me to edit it out. I was just in a small panic and shock that I was banned so I said some nonsense.

I am IP banned from the website only. Also, my main account and all the other accounts registed under my IP address were also banned. And yes, I did make another account through an IP changer, and I still play today. But before you call me for ban evading, it isn't ban evading if you aren't banned from the game.
