how to make my Fps higher??

Lol....Fps isn't just your video card people. I would recommend opening a performance monitor of some kind(Task manager works(Hold Ctrl-alt-del, which should all be across base of your keyboard))

Your fps can be lowered by 3 things.(This is for generic games)

1. Your graphics card, if this is the case the best thing you could do is lower the detail levels being rendered(Textures dont matter)

2.Your CPU, if this is the case you need to lower physics related thing, stuff that your CPU has to work at to figure out what is going to happen, trajectory of missiles ect...(GameBooster could help you here, as it allows you to shut down unneeded processes running on your computer to increase performance)

3. Your available RAM, RAM is is where your computer stores all of the stuff your currently doing. Examples would be when your browsing, playing games, watching a video, ect...If you dont have enough ram, you computer can't store all the information about what your currently seeing/doing. You can boost your performance here by lowering textures and a few misc detail levels. Other then that I would recommend you finding some ram upgrades for your computer. You can get 4gb for $50-100 easily(Take you some hardcore games to run into ram issues again)

I know CF doesnt have all those options, but this is a general solution. My computers problem is my video card! Though thats only on higher end games.(My FPS on cf was never below 100)
