Brasilians represent some of the income in this game, yes. Why would the company ban them? I agree, most of them hack and swear and such. So what? Those Brazilians are punished if reported, like anyone else from whichever country.
If that was theoretically solved via ping limitations or *gasp* giving them their own server, why hasn't something been done yet?
Cause if it was solved it'd resolve a large portion of the issues in CF, making the game a few orders of magnitude less of the headache it currently is.

All "Munztas" are terrible in-game.
The pub community is terrible, and that's exactly why i don't pub....
If you want to improve TDM ship and egypt will work then find a good team and scrim good teams.

Every game has its common issues.
A Brazil server is something impossible to implement, since G4BOX's Cross Fire license is valid for NA/UK only, unfortunately.
As for ping limitation rooms, I can agree with that. -

Simply put, the game is not licensed for distribution in their countries, and should not be allowed, nor played, in countries outside of the NA/UK.

They are licensed to put servers in NA/UK.
This game is the international version. -
On a scale of 1 out of 10 it's a 1, hands down.
This community is worse then a game that allows anything to players.
- Everyone swears
- Everyone QQs
- Everyone hacks
- Everyone allows hacks
- Noone kicks a hacker
- Everyone kicks people who have skill
- Too many glitchers
- WAY too much lag
- WAY too much BRs (1 out of 1000 BRs)
- Everyone starts fighting with eachother
