Account Flagged for sharing

Hi guys just wondering if some of you can clear this up for me,

My account was stolen because of my own mistake, i shared account with a guy i had played with for a long time, we had been in various clans together for about 6-7 months. After he stole the account i reported it stolen. It was flagged for sharing, does this mean he cant use the account or eventually i will get it back?

If its impossible for me to get back the info is it possible to get that account banned? even though i'd put alot of time and zp into the account i'd rather it gets shut down then some one else use it.

    Sharing, Selling/Buying or Giving away accounts is against Z8 Games Policy which means you can get banned, or suspended depending on the GM (Game Master)'s decision. Most likely you will get your account information back, but in the end you might also get your account banned.

    Ty for the info man, i would prefere it gets banned completly rather than that guy use it.
