Speedhack = back?

This one doesn't only affect the speed you're moving at but also the rate of fire.
I doubt it's a bug ingame and I'm also not making a QQ thread/hackusing thread.
Just want some opinions on this.

I don't imagine it lasting long.
Obvious cheats usually get cut fast.
And for evidence purposes its a gold mine. Bans in the thousands coming up.
