Alright guys, we all know about the maps: Power Supply, Desert Gray and Biochemical Desert. Those map are only in CrossFire China, which makes people thought CF China team bought the right of using it. In order, those maps are: De_Inferno, De_Dust2 and De_Dust2 Mutation.
Many people start thread talking about those CS map. And people usually reply, De_Dust2 = Black Widow. Well, you guys must understand that there's De_Dust2 and Black Widow in CrossFire China. Anyway, my main point is: we should clear this up, so people will maybe stop posting more thread about those maps.
Q1: Do Crossfire China team bought the right of using the maps: De_Dust2 and De_Inferno from Counter Strike?
Q2: What are the chance to have them in the future in OUR version?
Q3 (Off Topic, but related to CS): What can you tell about Elite Mode*?
I'm asking those question to GM/MOD or anyone who have real information about this.
*Elite Mode: Only in CrossFire Korea so far (don't know about Japan). You start with an M9 and you gain point (when you kill) to buy gun (in game) like in CSS. When you die you lose your weapon. If you manage to stay alive, the next round you'll keep it, etc. I think you've understood.

Btw, answer to Q2 like: "Won't happen" or whatever, just keep it for you and don't reply, don't waste your time for that. If it's really "won't happen", atleast say why, please with accurate proof, if possible.

You're asking a MOD/GM, but they don't have the direct info, since we are different then the other versions. If you look at many FPS games, even the new one in CBT by suba, they have Dust2. As far as I know, they have the rights, if there is even rights on them anymore they are used so much,

Again, there is not really anything that can be said, The DEVs have the final say in what comes in, GMs have some view, but the final decision is the DEVs, so nothing her can be said either, but it is a possibility non-the-less.

Basically SnD, but you earn money as you kill and win rounds, when then, you can buy new weapons, amo, items, in the match, that only last till the match is over.

It is in fact, also in Japan.

What I mean by "What can you say about Elite Mode", I was asking the same question as the maps but in a different way. I just want to know if we got chance to have it. Sorry, I wasn't clear. It's almost as if things go through Crossfire China first, as a BETA, then
the things that turned out well (maps, weapons, gear, characters, etc.)
come into Crossfire NA.
If that's the case, then I like it because that means we wont get the worst of the pack.
This 'Elite Mode' sounds very interesting, hopefully it will be put into Crossfire NA in the near
future! -

Yes, I realize, but I also said, certain things are classified.
There's certain things, that can, and can't be said, and there's things, that sometimes a GM won't even know just yet.
The G4 staff however, always notes things that people suggest, especially bigger suggestions, like this, and ping limits, etc, but we can't make a guarantee, because, the final say, is the DEV's.
The staff here listens to the players, and even they want a few things, so just be patient guys, and when we got more news, we share it asap as it is almost a guarantee. Ever since the UK server, we try to be a bit more careful as well.
So who knows, a good chance, you will see it sometime,
but the question is when.
Like I said, I don't know anything about IF we'll get this, but the staff always tries their hardest, for what the players want.
Though we can't please 100% of players, we try.
This patch for instance, alot of people wanted it, others didn't, cause they THINK it'll ruin game play, but in the long run, once it gets used, it won't.

If you wanna talk about Elite/Bounty Mode or those maps, I suggest we should change the title of this thread for something else. It could the official De_Dust2, De_Inferno, Elite Mode thread and then make it sticky so people will probably stop to make more thread about it.
We don't need more thread asking when we'll get it, Rex put all the info we needed to know, Thank you again!

Patience's the thing we need. The developers will put it in our version.
Have you guys ever thought about the AK74u?
It was there 1 week in China and then it was in our version with the RPK golden, etc.
We have high chances to get it. High chances doesn't mean that we'll get it. -

I SAID De_Aztec, XD Omg discuss! They've have 3 counter strike map! De_Dust2, De_Inferno and De_Aztec plus Elite Mode. Man, when they will make CS_Office, xD (Without hostage of course, just need to put 2 bombs sites and you're all set, XD).
Anyway, only discuss, do not ask when the maps/elite mode will come, Rex already answered that question, but anyone that have more information is free to reply.
And I said prevously, we should change the title for something like Official Counter Strike Map/Mode Thread and put it sticky to avoid more thread about those maps. Because many people will saw my video and they will spam the forum with it. One thread is enough, I think.
