Darken the colors a bit. The edges are too bright and don't really match the background. But otherwise, its all good.

I like the background. But maybe a different character look and dif. gun would make it cooler.

I find the edge effects and text to portray a brighter feel, while the background and character seem to depict a more sinister one.

Unless contrast was desired, the colours (or possibly style) should be changed to match the background.

It's nice, keep it up.
