Try using Firefox internet I had the same issue and I used Firefox well just downloaded it today. But good luck I need sleep
Its the same thing as internet 7 - 8 just u can customize it and feel safer that's all. -

I was using Chrome. - With Firefox its the same shi.t - Page cannot be found.
