I may be wrong but they havent updated Xtrap in like 8 weeks. Watch when you can, sometimes Xtrap will load slow. Watch the file count up the file size. 1st. file size 914.. 2nd, file size 840 or something like that. It has been the same for I know 8 weeks or more. Now if they update it, wouldnt that file grow? I think if you update.... the file should grow. I dont think Xtrap does anything myself. I just think its to make you feel they are.....

I was optimistic, I thought with a new patch the hakking would be fixed. NOPE. I'll start buying ZP again when you guys patch the hakking. No reason for me to throw my hard earned money in the trash.
G4Box, believe or not, is doing everything they can to combat cheaters. Cheat coders are VERY good at what they do and sometimes even with patches, it's not enough. Cheat coders have one job and that's to code cheats and make money. So that's all they focus on and nothing else. Saidin and company have A LOT to handle and coming up with methods to battle hackers is just one of the hundreds of tasks they have to do on a daily basis.
Make no mistake, I despise cheaters just as much as the next person. However, they will always be around, no matter what you do. Especially in a free to play game where there is truly no completely permanent consequence, yet.
Also, I hate to break it to you but YOU decide to put money into this game. No one forces you to spend money here. Don't blame Z8Games as if they are stealing your money. You and you alone make the decision to put money into this game. Don't blame anyone else. If you're mad about money supposedly "lost", that's your fault. -

Patching doesn't mean that it has to get bigger and bigger each time. So if patching increases the size, then it would fill ur whole GOD dam hard disk! Please stop saying some bullsh1t that you dont even know about!!
But its a shames that there is still more hakers!! And yes we were all optimistic!! -
I've seen hackz, but very few. quit cryin cause you got pwned n00b.
Play mutation. When you're a mutant and you get killed with one shot and full health, remember me saying I told you so. I've seen at least 50 people using that hack in the past week. The game isn't even fun anymore.
By the way, they haven't patched the glitch in Excavation that allows people to hide inside the boxes. -
There are games without hacks.haking will never be fixed on any game. if you find a game w.o hkrs, you are blind. cr tries hard to get rid of the hkrs
There are hack free games , and there will be more and more , hacks are how you use a weakness in a program , a program that has no weaknesses cannot be hacked.
Now it is somewhere between hard and utterly impossible to make a flawless program but you can make one thats a lot harder to hack than crossfire , even with q-basic you can make a safer program , the problem here isnt so much the hackers, its how freaking weak z8 programming is vs how only a notch above that are the poeple creating the hacks( I read some posts on hacking lol some actually have a hard time creating new hacks for crossfire which is laughable ) .
Im not a hacker myself or a programmer but I understand some of the basics and I know poeple who used to hack. The way crossfire is built makes it extremely easy to hack. All you need to do is inject the right file with the right substitute data which is only a few lines of commands or sometimes an on off command( for smoke and flash, if you know what line to change its only one word). Now knowing that , yeah there will most likely be hackers on crossfire for a very long time because they were too lazy in creating their software. But in many games, the programming is a lot harder to hack.
I agree that they should take it seriously enough to get moving on this issue and I agree that poeple should save their money until they are sure they can play and actually enjoy the game without having to put up with hacks.
As for hacks being illegal well that depends on what the hack is and what it is intended for. A hack is only a program that creates and/or uses a breach into another program to change some lines of codes. That in itself is not illegal , doing it to another persons program to abuse them is illegal. Using a hack to disrupt worldpeace is definitely illegal.
But the chances of getting caught and prosecuted for using an existing hack to gain an advantage vs adversaries in a game online are anywhere between ridiculously low and non-existent , the authorities dont have a second to waste on such a low priority problem. The very few random arrest concerning that sort of stuff are usually arrest on other ground and related to much more serious charges to which they added this infraction because the culprit was also guilty of that , but they wont go out of their way to catch a game hacker. They may charge you for it if they know you did it and they already have you in custody for selling crack to minors etc.
