TAR21 versus SCARL, QBZ, XM8 etc.
As to the best weapon (i mean *cough* assault rifle)i would probably say... tar? i mean, the only runners up are probably scarl, qbz, and maybe xm8. most people argue scarl is the best AR because of its high damage and low recoil, and qbz because low recoil, looks cool, etc. but if you havent noticed, tar crouching scopeshot is almost dead accurate, even on full auto, which makes it a beast at long range. at mid range, its low recoil is enough to make it effective, and at short range, its high fire rate is usually enough to pwn most other guns. a few things i dont like about those other guns: qbz has fairly low stopping power, and the scarl doesnt have a scope, which in my opinion is a big factor that makes the tar better. the xm8 has that red dot sight, and its pretty good overall, but its recoil isnt the best, and i dont like its firing noise. did i mention the tar21 looks epic?

about the sg552/m4a1... both of these are good, in fact i own the sg552, but for some reason i just cant do too great with it, as for the m4a1, its a great starter gun but in my opinion is more all-round and gets beaten at very close range as well as very long range by the tar21.

plus those scores are nothing special at all...
i think were trying to compare GP guns here. tar shoots really fast and is a good close range weapon, and can be real good in long range if u zoom in and 1-tap, but i still prefer sg, i like tar but its not an amazing gun -

You called him a dumbass because he posted his opinion, even though he had the right to call you whatever he feels like, he didn't. If I was you I would feel like a jackass, but hey, we can't always think in the same way.
We all know that any decent player will be called a hacker in PUB rooms, and yes, I'm pretty sure everybody would know that those scores are not impressive, thanks for pointing that out Einstein. And still my question is , was it really necessary to call him a dumbass? I don't think so.

Haha yo Perez 74 here. Thought that was coincidental;o.
Anyways I think the qbz is better than tar but id choose tar Over everything else. The QBZ is like a headshot machine its recoil always leads into headshots. (I always aim for like upper torso or head anyways though) -
My primary weapon for a long time was the XM(, but one day i picked uo the TAR and really liked it so i bought it and i must say that i still prefer my XM8, the tar is pretty cool for long shot distance but i'm npt a sniper i'm a close range fighter so i ´prefer my XM8.
How would i difine the TAR? i'll say that is the son the FAMAS and the AUG had. -
Still don't understand all the hate about the ScarL.
Even though I quit CF for over a year (I signed up right after it left beta), I bought my scar light befoe the original SL Nerf (back when it WAS truly overpowered...seems like most of the new players have no idea what I'm talking about, considering the amount of QQ'ing). And I'm referring to that time back when you could still earn tons of GP by equipping only a knife, without any penalty (yes, the good old days). Those people crying about the scar light have absolutely NO idea what it was like back then. It was basically a super K2+Super M4a1 that you could literally full auto with on the move, while still having its laser burst shot it has now. Yes, it was a better run and gunner than the K2 was. And its full auto spray pattern got nerfed. And still people cry about it to this day...a year and a half later...
Back before the GP and SL nerfs, there were only 4 guns worth having: AK47, SL, M4a1 and K2 (for lower ranks). And SL took forever to earn back then.
M4a1 is good in basically every FPS in existance (except Combat Arms, where it is simply too average). AK is an AK. XM8 is a nice gun. And ScarL has excellent crouch fire burst accuracy (first 5 shots are laser) while first 4 are laser when standing stationary.
