Your fps requirement (200) is useless, since the eyes can't see more than 60 in FPS games, 30 in racing games and 15 for console games (PS3,XBOX,DS.)

I don't care what they can see...I want someone to record somthign for me so when I slow-down it won't be choppy.

I average 160, but it fails when I record. I can record smoothly, but slowing it down fails lol.
