Editing the badges

Hey guys,is editing the kill badges you gain while playing CF(like 1 muilti kill)(two muilti kill)(golden HS) and the rest... is people allowed to edit these to what they want it to look like? As i know how to xD(Custom kill badges)

You can edit anything as long it does not give u advantages
Kill marks, UI, HUD etc. can be modded
