[suggestion] improve hacker report system

to improve the hacker report system, 3 things could be done

#1
show pending hack reports, and show when the hacker is banned) (u have to show people it helps, when they report someone

offer zp
if you would offer like 500 or 1000 zp for every successful hack report, the game would soon be hack-free (of course this is just the basic idea and needs some improvement)

i can only speak for me
when i see masses of hackers, like nowdays, i just quit the game and rage
but if there would be not so many of them, i might take some time to report one of the few

this.

    #3 in gm if im bl i just rush the hacker and kill him, no need to rage if he dies every round

    Rewards for reporting would give more encouragement to every noob to send in a report whenever they get their head blown off.

    They spam the system now for the same reasons.

    Few things wrong here..

    1: z8games is WAY too "busy" to be tracking down hackers.
    2: I don't think that most can even tell the difference between hackers and pros for a lot of newbies will report decent players and they will get banned depending on whether or not the correct authorities can spot differences. ( as someone said, the chance to get free zp for a successful report will more than enough encourage a lot of below average players to spam reports, which will then flood mod emails.. I wont see any banning with this. good idea though)

    One thing right..
    1: Hackers must die.. You didn't say it, but I read your mind for that very instance and ONLY this very instance.

    #4 Add ability to report people inside the Client.

    My suggestion is to be able to send report when end of battle screen is shown ingame.
    There could be button below "Save Replay" button.
    On pressing it people could choose Hackers name from a list (no mistakes with typing in the names) and replay would automatically be included(no need to choose which replay it was). People usually dont report coz it takes to much and they prefer to play game than to do the "paper work" if u know what I mean.

    BESIDES, so many speed hackers shown up with the new badges system.
    I guess Gameguard couldn't protect the game, Xtrap can't either.
    The worse is people don't care to even kick obvious hackers like that.
    If u guys can't stop em, what will? I guess new flood of hackers is coming back to CF.
    And one of the reasons is legit people that share same party with em don't even care.

    About #2:
    ZP is too much, people would make fake hack accounts just to report themselves and earn (or even farm) free ZP. 500 GP reward for each report would fit well thou.
    To avoid fake unchecked no prove reports I would suggest -3000GP penalty for each fake report from emo kids that floods GMs Mailboxes.

    I find watching replays boring, imagine if you are a GM and have to watch 100 replays with no prove of hacking, you would be in a bad mood at the end of the day.

    Why replays have no Fast Forward option, and no time shown. If I could send replay and say what moments of replay shows prove of someone hacking this would save a lot of GMs time if he could just jump to the moments of replay instead of watching whole replay, or just watching first minute when some smart hackers might turn on hacks in the middle of battle time.
