Room host Change

Not really a huge problem but it's quite annoying. There's times when you're in a room and the game finishes and everyone wants to kick out a hacker. Then the original hosts leaves and then all of the sudden a trainee is in charge of the room. Doesn't kick the hacker and changes it to some lame map/mode.

I suggest we should change so that when the original host leaves the room he should be allowed to choose who to give it to or automatically give up host to the next highest rank. It's stupid when the guy who just started playing gets to control a room in which he just joined.
