I have send in 4 tickets now to support.......... I send a ticket to Account administrator (srry me spelling) With lots of info 2 transaction ID's IP address old password Metin bank pass. Saidin said all they would need is 2 transaction ID's...... So after waiting 2 days for the tickey to get reply.. I DIDNT so i made a new ticket. to techinical support... with all that INFO i listed above and a ingame sceen shot..... Guess what!!!! THEY REPLY so fast!!! 12 hours!!!! not with help but thelliing me ** you have posted in the wrong section please repost this in account administrator*** so i did repost and well i already have Many freaking times!!! still no reply maybe im inpatient But i really miss my accoount....... lolz lots mony time wasted i geuess seeings how support is not doing anything!!!!

i give all information!!!. DO SOMTHING!!!!
