Z8GAMES is ***ing at us
Since May 2009 I have reported more than 60 cheaters.
Last report 2 weeks ago.
2 of these 60 were banned (maybe).
Since 11th report Z8GAMES hasnt even downloaded any of my uploaded replays with cheaters (according to Megaupload statistics).
Some of reported cheaters I still meet in game laughing at me.
In last 2 hours I have met two aimbotters. (One of them "*-Schwamm-* has score 61:1 at the end of Castle SD. Opposite team hasnt voted him even once...).
Z8GAMES support keeps telling me: "Thanks for reporting. Thanks for your patience. We are working on anticheating improvements...". But they do nothing. Yea, we have new US server...
So, I want to thank you, Z8GAMES. Thank you for nice gameplay you are supporting. I will never report again. I will never trust you again.

Almost half of all my report went to GM Saidin. I thought he was listening to me. He was even answering to my posts!
But now he is unavailable and Support doesnt care... Looking at screen, downloading replay, launching the game, watching the replay, finding obvoius cheating, closing the game, banning... it takes like 10-15 minutes all together? Really so difficult? Rather focusing on new players than supporting the old ones... LOL, I have seen so many cheaters since March 3rd 2009 when I started... Only CWs, daily missions and ESL competition keep me here... -

maybe u r reporting ppl who r legit but hav been reported man times??? i know ive been reported lots (if all those who claim to report me know how to and actually do) and they just stopped bothering checking those ppl coz they r probably legit?
Question for you, how can they know if they are legit if the person said their replay file was downloaded 0 times? They didn't even check. Just because you aren't appearing to hack a few times, doesn't make you an exception. Anyone is capable, and thats why they should always check. Regardless of who it is. -

Yes, quite busy. Your busy too Giggle. Everyone is busy. But I feel thats more of ignoring when you make sure no one can contact you. He doesn't have to READ them right then and there after all.
After all, there are sometimes only questions he can answer. Or, at least chooses to.
Busy as in away busy.....

Obviously you haven't read about the new changes and seen the new faces we have working on the team.
The forums will be used no longer for reports. It was uncoordinated and inefficient.
Reporting now goes directly through support 100% of the time. And there is no need to upload to other sites. You can upload the replays directly through the site.
So don't bother waiting by your mega upload statistics. Use the new system now and we'll get to them faster than was ever possible through the forums. -

I have reported last 2 cheaters through your Support system. Nothing happened. But they thanked me for patience. So I am happy. I am always happy when somebody say thanks to me.
Btw. About 50 of my reports went directly to you, Saidin. You did even respond to them! But you still didnt download the replays... You could have told me at least! And I would have stopped to disturb you.

haha thinking this thread over, i just remember yesterday getting laughed at by a glitcher in powerplant when i said i'd report him, he was like "go ahead, i have been glitching 5 months and no problems!" I'm like "We'll see about THAT!"
Sadly...he'll get away with it, as he said. -
OK, last chance for z8games 2 days ago I reported [Gabs]AnGeLs (wallcheater, autoaim), rank Second Lieut. I am waiting. If next Wednesday he is still active, then there must be something wrong in z8games banning organisation. If they tell me he didnt cheat, then I know they dont want to ban and its worthless.

I'm not sure how the old Report system worked, (I didn't use it too often) but make
sure you attach the .cfr (replay footage) to the Support Ticket, and not a link to a
video. Z8Games will not download the video, as it may contain a harmful item.
