any thoughts on this?
why is "no vote" a "NO" vote?
imagine how effective the kick system would be if NON votes counted as a yes vote.
OR at the very least, only count the number of votes cast,, as in "if u don't vote, you don't count..... it seems only fair that those so uninterested in the outcome of a vote kick should not get counted as ether a yes or a no...
example
16 players in room, vote is called,
5 vote yes, 3 vote no and 8 don't vote... vote passes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please give thoughts......

Eugh.. I say no, but hear me out, before you flame.
So many people get unfairly kicked... Just fix the kick system period.
Now, if theres a way to help the unfair kicks, + this, I would say this is awesome.
being kicked cos your epicly gay & fail at snipin/rarely use one regardless of your sniper ign which apparently makes you feel cool isnt unfair

agree,really, the ones who dont vote f11 or f12 simply dont care if that person is kicked,so those votes should not count as f12.
i think on CFCN,those voted dont count because ive been kicked from a full room with only 8 votes(not 10 like here,and yes there you can see if somebody kicks you..) -

i can sympathize with your feelings about the vote system being abused, i am kicked several times a night, i feel that my proposed change would help increase voter involvement and help with the gridlock that happens when a team simply does not want to lose the guy that is winning the mission for them. i have come to the understanding and acceptance that good players will often be kicked by those that think they cheat. But as it stands the system allows players who clearly hack to keep playing a room just because of 2 stupid reasons...
1. a language burier. (people dont vote because they don't read english and have no idea a vote was eve called.
2. People don't vote because they want the win, and do not feel as bad about not voting even tho it counts as a no vote then they would about full out voting no.... -

The non-voters are helping you get kicked less, why are you talking about being kicked several times a night?
Removing the kick-vote forcing people into reporting and/or quit b!tching 'til it's patched. -
Or just not count at all. I have no idea why not voting means "no". Usually, in real life. If nobody votes, they aren't taken into consideration.
u did not read my whole post,,, i merely "entertained" the idea of it counting as a auto yes vote. but then went own to suggest what u just did. That it would not count Non voters in the total. -

Instead of being kicked 9/10 games, I'd get kicked 11/10.. Bad idea -

hmmmmmm......... i would rather get kicked from a room for being too good then be 10 rounds into a room that i am forced to leave because a hacker joins late and we have no way to boot him from the game...
YES we should report, also,, the squeaky wheel gets the oil... *****ing about hackers is close to the only thing we can do about them. -

first off real "pro's" dont play this game because it is made un competitive by the netcode.. 2nd. i have seen a LARGE number of high ranked hackers, so your suggestion would not be a good one.
by "PRO" u probably mean "mature skilled player" which don't really care if they get kicked out of a few matches a night, hell its a compliment, and not worth more then 10 secs of rage. -

You forget, a majority of hackers have higher pings, more people F12 for higher pings whether they are BLATANTLY cheating or not.
I've seen plenty of foreigners spamming F11 LOWPING.
Example: Somebody starts a kickvote on you, half the people check tab to check score/see ping, and helps them decide. -

Cmon. When your doing amazing, say 15-1 or some nice score like that (SD, not TD) and you get kicked near the end, and lose the exp, you gotta admit that annoys you...
Oh, and no "Noob score, I can do better" flames.
