New Server \ Ticket Response

Hello guys, i am suggesting a new server location.
Crossfire should have a portuguese server, as the united states guys they have 20 ping, or less.
this would be nice, and more fair for portuguese and another players that like me have 70+ ping.
With so many zp buyers, i believe this is possible.

About the ticket response;
When i make a ticket, i always get the same random reply, with no sense.
It would be better if users gets their reply explaining how they should solve their problem.
