How to solve hackers

Since the latest outrage of hackers is increasing repidly I've got a suggestion that can solve this massive problem. Hackers only use their noob accounts so it doesnt matter if you ban them, they will still come back on new account. So i though the only way to prevent them to stop doing it is to IP ban them. That means they wont be able to log on to crossfire at all. I know it means no more buying zp from another person so i though first IP ban could be for a week then for a month and then permanent. That would solve it all. If you dont do this good loyal zp buyers such as me will leave the game and never come back to it again which is a massive loss to the game since it wont be able to run according to insufficient ammount of money.
