The kick vote should be removed ! Enough is enough !
The kick option got to get HIGHLY abused and its used for anything else, but hackers.
You get kicked for being ace, for being too good, for being a good pinpointer, for looking behind a corner (which is normal !) and surprise-surprise - someone is there, for shooting through a box when you see a headtop behind it, for not dropping your blackmarket weapon and change it with an m16, even for nothing just random kicks, etc, etc, and for anything BUT hacking.
Good players are not allowed to be good anymore and are forced to a mediocre gameplay and in the last rounds they get kicked LOOSING THEIR RIGHTFUL EXP AND GOLD and time and effort and all that.
The game has got close to unplayable in terms of performance/game.
Personally, i wont invest and pay for a game in which i am abused and punished without guilt, i can think at much better ways to spend my money.
To all who agree and want this to stop and the game to become playable and enjoyable, do a /signed.

100% agree. Even though I haven't been playing much lately and haven't gotten kicked for awhile I'm sure if I got a full day in I'd be pi.ssed all over again.
Remove the ability for them to do misdeeds including vote kicking and you remove the necessity for it as well.

Given the update in the hacking reports, it's easier and probably more efficient than ever so hackers shouldn't be kicked but reported. So that leaves only one real use of the kick function : idle players. But even them rarely get kicked and the system eventually get rid of them after enough idling.
Each time I try to kick an obvious haker in my team (and it happened quite a number of times in TD maps these past days) they never get kicked. So really, the kick function as it is now, serves no fair purpose. It's just an other way legit players get screwed. Add some sort of limitation on how many vote kick you can launch everyday, change the whole system (http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=25236 for example) or even get rid of it. People that complain about the disapperance of the kick function are probably the one misusing it the most.

Ms. Wolf, the fact that you don’t acknowledge that the current voting system has many flaws and that you want to leave it as it is shows what a little b1tch you are. Not everyone has an army of cyber friends so that she/he can hold anyone he doesn’t like hostage and kick him any time he wants. I’ve had it with being kicked for getting a streak of headshots, owning Turks too hard or getting kicked for the Ace (not a valid reason). Or noobs begging and screaming to get me kicked because I sprayed got a lucky headshot.
From my experience yesterday I know that the kick system is clearly not working because legit players are getting kicked while out of all the aimbotters/1-shot killers I encountered yesterday (total 7), ONLY 1 GOT KICKED. ONLY ****ING ONE. (I reported all of them and I'm sure the ban hammer will hurt them more than they expect especially since some of them were massive zp users (STARS/SPOPS/silver ak-47s).
I think it’s clear that it’s time for me to call it a day. (at least for the time being) Even if the ultimate anti-cheat comes out, it won’t improve my gaming experience by much because of the vote kick abuse.

Ban the fail vote system.
You did not even mention the fact that the vote kick can't count. 9 to 5 and it denies the kick.

even though they will probably never do that, it sure would be nice.
For those that say this would only bring more problems, just leave the room and find another game when you run into a haker. Since noobs wont be able to kick, they will either have to endure good players and hakers, or find a new game. (Remember, you can still save the replay when you leave the room)
C'mon z8games. Do it on the next patch, even if only for a test =p -

Listen buddy, I'm not getting kicked for picking on noobs or hacking and I'm not good enough to compete with pros (when I played against ESL/WOGL players like Freezy-Weezy and uQQ* my team got smashed badly).
This is one example of a game which I got kicked for no reason except that I had Ace:

one problem of the vote kick system has'nt been already said i think
i mean if people get kicked for beeing only good all the others are interested and do f11 ore f12
but i have seen if the vote kick is because of an hacker, scores of the vote kick are like 6:2 till the time runs out and then you can read an epic endscore like 6:10 -.-
most of people are uninterested if an hacker is being kicked ^^
one possibility would be to rise the size of the popup so that it is like 3 ore 4 times as big as now until the time people klick f11 ore 12 so they are so extremely ****ed of because of the vote kick so they dont ignore it anymore ^^ -
Honestly, to deal with hackers they need to monitor people's pings. Isn't fair when someones clearly hacking with a lag time of 200+ to be playing with people who are 1/4 (50ish) range.
When me and my friends host, we kick the 'one hit wonders' as we like to call them. It's blatantly obvious when people are hacking especially in mutation where you have a person who gets a double kill on mutants. The game ceases being fun and for the last week I've been playing it's almost everyday someones hacking.
Funny thing is I get KICKED by the game (not by the people playing or room host) for 'hack tools' when I'm playing 10x more fair then all the script kiddies in south America. Honestly it seems like it's clans distributing them or something because playing TD there's been teams that are using exploits, hiding inside of crates and using hacktools and they all object when you try to kick them.
I think they just need to change the way they monitor already. The kick functions helps a lot, but 9 times out of 10 when you want to kick a hacker after a game they just leave and wait until the game starts back up.
I mean honestly, I was playing elimination not ten minutes ago watching someone go for 112 ping to 600+ nailing people with an ak47 at the opposite end of the map with an exposure time of under half a second. I really wish that some of the 'american' servers were only for Americans because if I have to hear another Brazilian 13 year old say 'I no hack, I just pro : )' after a 4 kill headshot streak using a paper weight uzi I'm gonna lose it.
All the hackers I've had to play against aren't American at all. I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but it would be beyond nice if at least one server could be restricted by ip to just Americans. I mean I've labeled games Americans/Canadians and have had Brazilians enter in clearly lag hacking who don't seem tgaf that we want to play a game, not be shot in the head by an aimbot so they can advance quicker in lvl.
I'm more against hackers then getting rid of the kick function. -

LUL that's grounds for getting kicked? I've gone upper 30's in the epic matches. I don't know, me and my friend have been called hackers for not running around with our heads cut off spraying the walls, I've seen him get 64 kills in a match legit, but that's because he knows what hes doing when he plays. Totally a cold blooded killer. -

But many times you dont even get to that score and its enough to have 2kills in a row, or some headshots, and they start screaming the above.
And about "petitions not being checked"... its more about the right eyes reading this right thread and getting the message. -

Making a petition on these forums is like me screaming at a brick wall for being in my way. Getting Kicked alot? I have a solution. Play in another server. If all else fails then you are doing it wrong. -
banning people doesn t help no1 cause they can remake a new account and restart to hack, the GMs should bann the IP but this 1 is dynamic, this means it change everytime so the can t and we have to hold hackers in this beautyfull game ^^UKDissident wrote: »Ban them may help. -

I like this thread, I've been kicked before too and always feel a little let down for that split second afterwards. Random and thoughtless votekicks do happen, but sometimes you get a room with players who are trying to make it a clean game and it works out for the good of all. I'll spec a cat if someone says they hack before I ever put them up for vote, but some people cry hack every time they die.
A little sportsmanship from all the players in the room can make for a clean game... I'm afraid that I agree with the others that the ability to put someone up for vote is sometimes necesary. Abuse of the system is something you have to work around by playing with the right people. Shop around, find a good clan to roll with, make friends who play right... these are all better ways to avoid getting voted out for no reason. Then there is still something in play to kick the people who actually are hacking/glitching.
Only my two cents, don't rage at me cause I only check these forums while I'm waitin on the patch to go thru.

The kick shudn't be removed but it shud be different.
evryone shud can start a vote about some1, even if he is not in a team with it.
because no1 kick a hacker when ur in a team with it.
in mutation mode shud be a kick too.
again for evry1 so hackers has no chance.
and if some1 is kicked, then shud a repport been sended to a place where a mod can see it. so hackers totaly have NO CHANCE.
