Zp stolen?

Ok so I bought a prepaid card, Ultimate game card. Got home and activated it, Said I activated it and thought I didn't need to copy and paste it cause normally the zp. I wait 2 minutes because I usually get it within that time limit, I didn't get it. Waited 15 minutes cause It said I need to wait that long, Still didnt get it. I tried a support ticket and I saw you needed a transaction ID and a SS, How the **** am I suppose to get an SS and a transaction ID when I cant activate it anymore?

    Just try to give out as much information as possible. You should try complaining or something, since you have a used ZP card. You should just try giving and getting as much information, like the time of activation. If possible, of course.
