CSN: Last minute changes before we close registrations?

We want to go ahead and close registrations ASAP. Once we close registrations and contact the back-up teams for the 3 slots that will be open, we can make the brackets.
Does anyone have any other roster changes? Has everyone made sure the Roster log is correct with up-to-date information? I would like to close them tonight and get the back-up teams contacted now. That way we could release brackets within a day or two. Sound good? Let me know if you guys are ready to go.

By the way, it seems that when we closed the registrations, that's when people had a thousand roster changes to do. We have reopened the roster locks. Please do diligence and get your rosters squared away ASAP so that we can get the brackets finished. There are now 2 spots open for teams, please have a full roster signed up upon registering. Once we get everything finalized, roster changes, teams filled, we can release brackets. -

Just a reminder -
Rosters close tonight permanently for the Placement Tournament. We can not wait any longer to form the brackets. I want to give teams at least a little scheduling room before the Sunday default date. Get your roster changes finished today/tonight before 11:59pm. They will not be opening back up. Thank you. -
So you're saying that you can't release the brackets because of roster changes? Get a better excuse please, the way that I look at is, submit the brackets and the teams should be able to make changes until after the first match is over with. I don't see why the roster has anything to do with the brackets, I don't think you're going to post the whole team lineup in the brackett area.

I wasn't clear apparently. The way our brackets are made, is through a script. The rosters close before the tournament starts to avoid any kind of headache with roster issues. Wouldn't it make sense to make sure everything is in order before we start? I think so. We still have two teams on pending status and if we close the registrations and make the brackets, those teams will be eliminated from the sign-up sheet. We also have 2 slots we're hoping to get filled by tonight by back up teams.

I wasn't coming off to be rude in anyway. I was just trying to state, that the way I was looking at it is it was an excuse, but I guess you're clearly right on your situation and I understand where you're coming from.
