The only other way you'll ever have a different method of obtaining the Tommy will be through coupons - and even then, I highly doubt they'll do that.
The Blackmarket is extremely fickle, get used to it.

Fail idea. The BP Market is totally random. And don't QQ about not getting it. I should be the one. You know why? This is why:

1. Spent a LOT just to get 2 winchesters and at the last moment a Tommy.

2. Spent more then 1 MILLION GP on the AK-Camo(got the 1 mil gp in a ZP crate)
