Fail support
I havnt playd this game in a wile and i come back to see if my account is still ther it is but i dont know my sercruiity anser so i support a ticket. they ask me for some ID....
i give them my Ip address. and they say... ** Your IP dosnt Match are Logs** i make a other ticket Explaining it has bin a wile i forgot my email and anser. i tell them i can give screen shot...Receipt No's w/e elz i can but they dont reply my ticket... It has bin a week 3 tickets one careless anser!! Is ther a other way to Contact gm/admin to get my account info back?? i cant see it being so hard... or are u guys even there???!?

Yea i know everything aboutmy account but the e-mail so i sent a ticket with the security Q but they say its not enough... i got my parents to pay so i dont have the info on purchase's and they deleted it... all i want it my e-mail so incase my account ever gets hack.ed. but im not to worried it will i just want to be sure.

Yea sure sorry i guess. after waitinga week for a anser on me ticket and lots of useless anser it made me mad.....miss me old account this sucks so yea......

We're sorry that the OP's ticket has taken so long. 3 weeks seems a little odd for an issue like this. If it's been that long it might be worth sending it in again.
I see no immediate reason that it would take that long to get a response from support.
If you have sent them ticket receipt numbers for purchases that match up then they should be able to work with that.
We want to be thorough and absolutely sure when we return information on an account. IP addresses are tracked for pretty much everything you do so we use that information as part of the case. But not the whole story.
To the poster who posted second in this thread. It's unfortunate that your parents decided to delete the receipt information. They should be keeping receipts for all digital purchases (not just z8games and cross fire). As digital receipts for purchases can be printed and are just as important as physical copies of receipts when a dispute for a purchase comes up.
For everyone else who things "support fails". They are answering the questions as best we can with the information provided by you. If you look at the example of the original poster. You could have just sent one ticket explaining the entire situation with ALL the information. This would have saved everyone time and frustration.
Remember that if you send a ticket in saying "give mez my accounts back pl0x" you are going to get a response asking for more information (not to mention to speak English). Until we are absolutely positively sure of who owns an account, we won't release that information.
