Any clan leaders?

Any clan leaders mind helping a new clan leader out?
I just want tips on how to run a clan properly.

My clan has 15 members, but they don't communicate much.I want them to get to know each other so they have a reason to stay and not just leave.

I want the clan to be big, but not full of noobs.The only current requirement as of now is positive KD.

Any tips?

    Do you have a website set up? cause that's how we all communicated and got to know each other and had fun :D

    any1 who is an ahole that doesnt listen to u kick them b4 they weave into the community because if they do and u kick him, he might not be the only 1 leaving

    make whoever is the friendliest person in your clan an lt, even if he isnt great
    I run a pub clan but my man duntouchable recruits like fire and is friends with many of the clan members keeping them in the clan

    but make sure he doesnt want to be a clan leader and have a minimum rank req for it too- newer players r more likely to leave

    and probably one of the best rules is to play together- people will leave the clan or game if they feel they have no connection to anyone, plus if u have players on both sides u can kick all the hackrs which is nice

    and scrim/win!

    Get mature people. Good clans don't need to be big, if you have a nice tight community it's better than having a large clan that is full of kids and keep arguing in clan chat.

    Also try to get some voice communication system such as Vent and teamspeak for money. Skype and xfire are good free alternatives.

    I am thinking of making a website.Don't know what host to use.I used forumotion before.I am ok with it.

    I already have all my LTs set up, and they are the best my clan has so far.
    I choose the people I felt were nice and could get along with other members.

    We have a vent room, but I am thinking of looking for another one.
    It doesn't really matter tho because only like 1 person in my clan has a mic.
    So vent is pretty much not used.

    Keeps spamming mine. Don't know how he got the info. Uses ip changers. Don't trust him.

    10 easy steps 4 a good clan

    1.)Strong Leader(If they dont listen to what the leader says they oviously have bad attitude they need to be kicked, u cant teach an old dog new tricks.)
    2.)Good Leader(If the leader uses noob guns has bad kdr or is noob rank most likly his clan members r gonna b the same.)
    3.)Harsh Rules(Before people apply they read the rules the harsher they are the less noobs join)
    4.)Hard Requirements(Dont just go around picking noobs up who want clan, setup some hard requirements, like no qq no rq stuff like that.)
    5.)Get vent(A clan will work better if the clan has a means to communicate.)
    6.)Create a website(A website is great to get to know clan member and make the clan feel like a 2nd home.)
    7.)Clan Sweeps(By having regular clan sweeps u avoid having noobs in clan, and make sure every1 in clan follows the rules.)
    8.)Friends(Try to get people you know well and have good attitudes into ur clan, most likely they will get their friends with similar attitudes to join.)
    9.)Enemies(Start a friendly competition against another clan, in order to keep ur clan membs motivated.)
    10.)Clan Liutenants(Dont give in to preasure from clan members only give liutenant spots when u kno they fit in well with rules and r exeptional leaders who r listened to.)
