I have one, and i often play GMs with it, and I can say you that it is really unbeatable (unless shovel glitch obviously). 2 shells and bye, 3 if you really missed him. Take an anaconda for higher distance.
Really, Spas-12 is perfect, excepting the fact that when you pump it you can't shoot for 1 second... -
I mean when you put in the last shell, you automatically rearm it (pump-action) ant this can make you vulnerable...
And yes it has more spread than XM-1014, but it's way more powerful. But of course it's useless except in GM where you can get at close range (very effective at 1~7 meters). That's why I buyed Anaconda as secondary for TDs and all
For higher power, 150 dmg/shell in torso is sufficient, and about range, man it's a shotgun not a carbine ;D
Note you can play on TD_Egypt with it. Deadly. -

But in Crossfire, standing infront of enemy, 1 shot, 80-90 dmg?
Insane.
I'm talking about hitting the body. It should plainly kick your ass.

This game isn't realistic, i don't think these dev's have already seen how much damage a shotgun shell can do to a person that's not wearing a very good bullet proof protection.
it can literally sendo your limbs flying, at 12 meter or even more, depending on how much spread you put in the muzzle adjust, btw, i have a friend who lost a leg for a single shot at 19 meters, imagine that power packed into your chest...
btw, if the guys in-game use an kevlar vest, they use it only in the torso area, sooo, a limb-shot should've be more powerful than body shots.
All the shotty's here are underpowered, and the range doesn't matter much, it really don't lose that power with range, a single hit by a fragment can do the same damage as an 9mm (beretta m9) -

the spas is fine as a matter of fact it was nerfed back in the early days of crossfire (before the scar L) because it was a 1 hit kill at long rang, which made playing Egypt TD really fun -

It was? I seriously thought it was always the way it is now.
Its better than the XM1014 in 1 way though. It does more damage the farther the enemy is.
