SPOP will be there forever (permanent).

With 10 ZP crates you won't win anything permanent. In 7 days everything you won with the crates will be gone from your storage. Unless you're very lucky and you win something but that's very improbable.

hard to tell, as CookieMunzta said, it depends on the weapons you already have and how good you are with those.
BTW with 8k zp, you can get 10 of the same crates
