Get 5 fps used to have 50

I've already spoke to the OP in irc chat. This was after a windows reinstall so I advised him to download both the chipset and video drivers from dell's support page for his computer.

Hmm I'm honestly not too sure where you can go from there then dude I know nothing of Intel cards sorry.

Yea I had the fps problem too I had from 80 to 100 fps now I only get 20 but my pc had a hard drive error but that was fixed and now I can't play cf at all I also updated to windows 7 and it pops up when the cf patcher comes up unable to download patch file is thr any way to fix this too? I'm not a noob I can fix most problems
