First off, accounts aren't stolen. You gave your password and login away or it was taken because you weren't keeping it safe.
Neither is good for your self image of intelligence.


Secondly, tickets are handled in the order they come in.
You personally is not a priority - nor will you become one because you come to rage on a forum - a forum that nobody who handles tickets reads.


Third, its a weekend. Its sunday. You've been waiting two days. You probably didn't report it in the morning, you reported it in the afternoon. Meaning technically, nobody has had a chance to read it yet since nobody has been in office since friday afternoon.
