cant start cf?

well everytime I try and load cf the patcher doesnt appear to load the game but when i try to start the game again it says the patcher is already running.

If anyone has any info. regarding this error please dont hesitate to reply.

1. Restart your computer.
2. Turn off your AntiVirus/Firewall
3. Re-install CF.
4. Throw your computer out a window.

I think you should go with number 4. xD
