The Game Is not Responding

It happens yesterday, when i try to log in.

It keeps saying it's not responding, usually i wait like 5 sec and it will become normal. But since the new event 1000 kills come out, it won't work.

I use laptop and choose window menu, so maybe because of it, but like i said, i frozed 5 sec then become normal, not it's like hours.

I did try uninstall then reinstall, but it still the same.

Please help me and sorry my bad eng
