Charged except i don't have points?
When i was buying 50k ZP through click&buy, when i put in all the info and confirmed, it was not successful. It said something about "Credit card security could not be validated." or something along those lines, and now i've checked my credit card online and i have a $43 charge from Crossfire, so basically i got ripped of $43 because there was no ZP added to my account.

That's the thing, it DIDN'T clear, When i attempted to purchase it said the security validation was invalid, as in it didn't go through. But it charged me anyway. -

Sometimes that error just shows up whenever it feels like it.
Admin aren't working today or tomorrow, but they'll be back Monday, so it's best to keep any proof of purchase you may have, and send off your ticket first thing Monday morning.
Don't worry, I've seen situations like this plenty of times before, and they always get resolved quickly. -

Thanks for the help, sorry if i seem a bit aggressive, it's just i got that money for my birthday and if i lose it then it'd be really stupid. lol -

Haha don't worry dude, I understand. And you won't lose it, they'll either refund you the money or credit the account.
