cant run the game

I cant run the game for like 2-3 hours, i have played this morning, and now i cant do anything. When i launch the game(by clicking 2 times on icon) and then press game start, its getting lag-stuck and then dissapear. It still leaves patcher_cf.exe process launched.

After waiting for like 30mins it says something about being unable to download version.ini file(failed to download version.ini if im correct).

sorry for my english, but i hope its easy to understand o_o.

edit : i tried reinstalling the game and restarting my PC, doesn't work.
