after HGWC loaded Errors

i click start game from shortcut
then it load xtrap and HGWC fine
after that is loading sceen,
when i get there 2 pop ups
CROSSFIRE ERROR
SEND FILE ERROR
|OK| |CANCEL|
wat do i do now?
i tryed uninstalling and reinstalling the newest version
