Unable to view reply

So apparently the ticket I sent to z8games was replied to. However, when I click on the little flashing envelope, the only thing I can see is my message to z8games. Why is this, and how can I fix it?

Once you see the message you sent to Z8games.. there will be "View Detail" right above it... Click on that.
