Windows 7 problem - 100% cpu usage

I installed the win 7 yesterday. My problem is that, when I start crossifre my CPU usage goes up to 100% and it will be never lower till I close the game. My CPU usage its 1-2% normally when I watch a video or something its 20-30%.
Its and AMD Athlon 64 4200+ 2.1 GHz with 2GB RAM and a Nvidia Geforce 8600GT.
Could somebody help me?

    I dont know how to tell u buddy, mine too. That is because computer is trying give you maximum frames per second possible. Its ok.
