Ak gold getting and ccoupons disappered

Hello yesterday i reached 100 coupons then i relogged and 12 coupons were missing then i went on again and bought gp crates and got up too 100 coupons again, i was thinking of buying akgold and i was sitting there and dubbelclicked the ak gold and then i got disconnected and went online and i saw all coupons gone again, and went to inventory and there i had a ak gold!
Can you please explain how i could lose coupons and get an ak gold when i didnt press exchange?

Please help me !
