ZP-buy doesnt work with phone!!
Hey guys,
I would to pay Z8 Points with my phone.I klicked deposit, Phone and then pay by call. But when i klick any of the three buttons(1003,1820 or 5179) it still coming this message:

it is written: you have reached the maximum amount of deposit allowed per day
but i never buyed ore did anything the last week in the deposit.
i wrote this message 2 times to the support...no answer!

Wie "groß" ist denn das Problem?
1. Kein Geld abgebucht & keine ZP? oder
2. Geld weg und trotzdem keine ZP?
Ich wüsste leider auch keine Lösung dafür, aber mit dem Support dauert paar Tag.
Wenn das Geld noch aufm Handy ist....wie wäre es mit Paysafe Card? Hab da immer sofort meine ZP bekommen. -
ich konnte erst gat nicht bezahlen und habe auch genug geld auf dem handy...normalerweise wird man ja weitergeleitet wenn man auf buy klickt...aber wenn ich es mache, dann kommt eben:
