M4-Silver is a little bit more for close range. M4-C is for every range and game-mode.

I do better with silver in both scenarios.(M4)
IMO m4's tiny higher power makes it more useful long range to.Customs higher accuracy isn't that noticeable.
If you have m4-c and aug-c, get ak.Both m4 and AUG are mainly long range, while Ak is close.Now you will have long and close dominating rifles.
