I dont understand?

Hey guys,
my account was been hacked. so you know i want it back.
because of a bugg the activation email doesnt arrive to my email adresse.
ok i understand that its my foult that i dont write to z8 about this problem.
so when i write a support ticket about that i was been hacked, i write down:
id, old pw, security question, answer, short information about problem and one paysafe card i still have (from 25.1.2010). z8 answer me one and a half week later. I understand that because z8games is very busy. in this one and a half week the hacker buy zp with mopay.
when z8 answer me they said that i should give the mobile phone number "i" used to buy zp.
so i answer them that i havent got the number because the hacker buy with it and not me.
z8games can look at the date i write that my account was hacked and this was before the hacker buy zp. but z8games answer me that if i havent got the information what they want they cant help me and closed. so guys tell me what should i do? i got id, old pw, security question+answer, information about account, many screenshots, replays and the paysafe card, but they just want mopay.
so isnt it easy for hacker to hack an account savety?
shouldnt they just need to change pass and buy about 3 euro with mobile?
and he can be sure that the guy who was been hacked cant get it back because he hasnt got the hackers mobile number... so this must be impossible to get an account back?
